How it works
As is custom with these Seasonal events, you can't just complete all the tasks in one go. Instead, they build upon each other and every task requires completing the previous ones.Rewards
This event is pretty large, so there are plenty of goods to obtain here:- HVK-30 - the base version of this weapon finally makes its return!

Challenge 1 - Any weapon
Can't get any easier than that - just kill 30 enemies with any weapon. Hardly worth being called a "challenge".Challenge 2 - UL736 in Domination
Still pretty straightforward - play Domination, preferably on Rust for the smaller map size, and kill 20 enemies using the UL736 SMG. Doesn't have to be the one you got from Challenge 1, any will do.Challenge 3 - S36 with Foregrip
Equip a S36 and attach a Foregrip to it. If you can't because the only S36 you own is the one you just got, you'll probably need to level it first, either by playing a match or two and using it or applying XP cards to it until you can attach the Foregrip. You can use more attachments but make sure that you actually have the Foregrip attached as well before you head out!In any case, just play any game mode (I preferred Frontline) and kill 20 enemies.
Challenge 4 - Melee kills
This sounds harder than it actually is if the Attack of the Undead game mode is up. In this mode, once you are undead, you'll be restricted to melee attacks anyway, so you might as well just play that and get your kills. Just hope you don't get the Tunisia map or this will take longer than needed.Challenge 5 - Sentry Guns in Hardpoint
This is likely the one you might struggle with. First of all, equip the Sentry Gun scorestreak, which unlocks at account level 38 - if you aren't that far yet, you'll need to grind it out first.If you aren't certain you can actually survive long enough to get the Sentry Gun activated you should also equip the Hardline and Persistence perks. That way, you'll likely be able to drop one Sentry Gun per match. If you have it, also equip the Operator Skill "Transform Shield" which requires an account level of 50. It's certainly helpful, but optional. If you don't have it, equip a Concussion Grenade instead, which isn't as reliable, but still helps.
Once you are all set up, play Hardpoint on Rust. Kill a few enemies until the Sentry Gun becomes available, then wait for the opponent to capture a Hardpoint. Rush there, put down your Transform Shield if you have it (or throw your Concussion Grenade into the crowd) and then pop your Sentry Gun. Now, just hope it actually kills someone. Rinse and repeat until you complete the objective. Don't get frustrated - this can definitely take some matches.
Challenge 6 - ASM10 with Quickdraw
Equip an ASM10 - any will do - and attach a Quickdraw attachment to it. You can use other attachments as well, just make sure the Quickdraw is equipped. Then, go forth and kill 50 enemies in any mode.Challenge 7 - HVK-30
You just got a bare-bones HVK-30, so equip it, don't attach anything to it and mow down 20 enemies in any game mode. Done and done!Challenge 8 - HVK-30 with Foregrip
For this final challenge you'll need a level 5 HVK-30 - you just used that weapon for the previous challenge, so you might need to level it a bit. One or two more matches should suffice (or just use XP cards). Attach the Foregrip and three other attachments of your choice and kill 20 enemies in any game mode.And with this you're done! Enjoy your brand new HVK-30 - Isometric!
