First off, the new legendary character is fan favourite Gunzo and not only does he make a really grand entrance, he also wields a chain saw! That's right - for the first time ever a legendary character has a special melee attachment instead of a recolored UAV or similar nonsense. Apparently melee kills with Gunzo will be especially bloody ...
The draw also introduces the Thumper grenade launcher in legendary quality. It's not a reactive camo and since it's just a launcher it's not really of much use but well, it's there. Also included is a really cool remodel for the Man-O-War, a completely new parachute style and a custom backpack.
Since it's Halloween there's a plethora of new related events available:
- Pumpkin Confirmed asks you to play the equally named playlist for an epic calling card (not animated for some reason) as well as some weapons.
- Halloween Standoff brings back last year's Halloween map and awards a new skin for Ruin as well as another Calling Card and more.
- Bump in the Night sends you to Battle Royale where zombies have invaded the zone. Rewards include a rare ORV, parachute and HBRa3.
And while we're at it, there are two new Seasonal events as well:
- Outta the Way! is the free-to-play avenue to acquire the Thumper weapon. It's all done in Multiplayer and doesn't seem that tough.
- Operator Ace was actually added yesterday (sorry!) and also sends you to MP for a Calling Card as well as a rare AK117 camo. Should be easy to combine the two events.
